Can I add our company logo to the automated emails?
In mailing templates you can modify what is sent to the customer when they register or post a response etc.
I want to be able to drop my logo to follow our email signature we currently use.
I have attempted to add it using simple html code.
Testing i can see the image is displayed with the broken icon, but right clicking i can view the image in a separate screen.
Do you have any recomendations to produce a logo in emails?
The only option is adding html code with link to image that is located outside. Most of the clients will display it, but some won't display it. The only way here is send it with attachement but there is no such feature in emails.
So only custom module development will work here if you want 100% in all email clients to be displayed correctly.
