Bug on the e-mail delivery
When a new user writes a post, the author doesn't receive notifications on comments by email.
After the users updates his provile, the notifications start to come by e-mail.
This is probably because on new user registration some settings in "user_configs" are not added
We've caught the bug and fixed it. Quick fix could be found below. We'll integrate fix in 1.1 release.
