Bad Request - installation directory
Upon visiting the /installation directory I cannot seem to access the setup process all I get is a blank page with a message in the top left hand corner: "Bad Request".
When installing UR, you need to go to domain where UR is located, not / installation

Ok, that works, thanks. The only other problem I am faced with now is something about ZenGuard? "One more more files on this web site were encoded by ZendGuard and the required run-time support is not installed orproperly configured." the instructions which follow confuse me a little. Does it mean I have to get my hosting provider to install something or can I do it without access to the server?

Free package requires Zend Guard Loader PHP library. Ask you hosting provider to install it for you, or you can use Commercial package that doesn't require it
