Attachments stopped to work in 3.1.3
Since update to new version 3.1.3, display of existing attachments stopped to work.
For example these two posts:

http://help.locusmap.eu/topic/enhanced-gps-nmea-reader-functions#comment-13963
Both has attachment (image, zip file), but non is possible to download. After tap, nothing happen, just loading (in case of image) or error screen (in case of zip file)

We've fixed the problem on your installation. This fix was noticed right after update of 3.1.3 and I think you've updated your environment before we've updated the archive.
If anyone else will have the same issue on 3.1.3 version, please let us know.
