Adding hidden custom data (like the clients browser version) in the beta feedback bug report

We would like to be able to include some hidden custom data in the beta feedback form. That includes data about the clients browser and operating system as well as non public information such as customerID etc. Is that possible to integrate in your beta feedback form and do you have documentation on how we can add it?
Yes, it's possible to add custom fields, but code customization will be required only in corporate packages. The widget is not in beta, it's stable and there is advanced and simple widget.
To customize it, you'll need to override controllers in System module and widget template. Some information is included in Developer Manual
Exact files and directions are provided to commercial customers, but it's better to write module and subscribe to event on_form_after_submit.
