Will ZD articles redirect work for OS both (private and public links)?
if i change channeldev.zendesk.com to https://pergroup.onsitesupport.io/ in https://channeldev.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409843475730-How-do-I-customize-my-Help-Center, i guess redirection will work
does it mean it will always log out agents, because it won't be under onsite.threecolts.com/{articles slug}?
It will redirect to onsite.threecolts.com for private articles and categories
