Why IL's ticket associated with default email address
Initial question:
Hi guys - do we know if we change some setting of our own OS over the weekend?I found a lot of the emails that usually goes to other team are now diverted to Threecolts Support Hub

The ticket https://onsite.threecolts.com/agent/report/object/413794 is an abuse report from Amazon Web Services. The subject consists of "FW:" (forwarded) and the original email's subject "InventoryLab - Satisfaction Survey". Satisfaction surveys are sent out using the default email address, so the default email address was the sender. The abuse report was sent back to the sender, to the default email address.
