I'd like to update an answer to a question in our FAQ. I can't see where it's possible to edit the answer. Is it possible?

If you mean updating Best answer on the link that you've provided, please rollover the comment area and select Edit

Hi Jim,
You can update any FAQ in your agent interface. Go to the main menu at the top-left and then enter Knowledge Base. There you will see the list of all your faqs that you can update.
