User Creation Date

Hi Team,

I was just wondering where in the user profile is it just the changelog which shows the date and time a user account was created?

I ask because, I adjusted the SSO to send across the "Business Name" for a user account to be created. And for tim.begley@opsaust.com.au it appears that it hasn't been set. Is there anyway you can review what was sent across to verify whether the details where infact parsed?

Hello Paul,

You can check all the details on user updates (custom field, when user was created, etc) on user profile in options - change log. See attached screen

In your case user could be created before business name was passed and integration was done.

Can you tell me how we might overcome this issue regarding passing the custom fields to ensure that the data is set correctly?

Hi Paul,

As I understand from your explanation, you'd like to use Business Name for your customer's full name. You should pass this info in the script on your side.

As it's a public discussion, please send us the adjusted SSO script to support@useresponse.com and we'll check how you send the user's full name.

I will do that, I will also send you a copy of the cookie which is created with the file that I amended.
