Private Object Checkbox Doesn't Display If User Is Not Logged In
The Private Object checkbox does not show if the user is not logged in. This needs to display for all posts.

Private Object checkbox displays only to people with "See Private Objects" permission. So if you want users and any role to see it, you can just switch on that options at Admin->Roles section.

Now, if you have private objects module installed, your users can select response as private and only them will be able to see this response and comments inside along with those who Can See Private Objects in permissions specifically for company employees under Roles.
This means that any author of the topic can see it no matter it's private or not, and system becomes ticketing like or HelpDesk Support.
