Fixes

  • HEMISPHERE-15043 [Amazon] Arcade feeds being processed too slow Recently we had issues with late shipments on Amazon which were caused from the the way we were processing the feeds. Because we can have only one fulfilment feed at a time now we are prioritising to process first the fulfilment feeds and then all the rest. This was we wont end up with late orders.
  • HEMISPHERE-15039 [Amazon India] Orders discrepancies between Hemi and Dyson The problem is when export orders partially and the suffixes for the orders were not get correctly.
  • HEMISPHERE-15030 [Catch] Set feed on error when it is not processed in two days For Catch when we are creating products there is additional step where internal team manually checks the products optimization on the marketplace. Only after successful creation we area able to push the offer but if the products are rejected we do not receive any response thus if the products are not created within 2 days we will set them on error.
  • HEMISPHERE-15016 [eBay]After Cancellation Request Accept We Do Not Refund the Full Order For eBay we are handling the cancellation request directly from Hemi and if we accept it the order will be automatically refunded on eBay and we will store the refund row in Hemi as well automatically.
  • HEMISPHERE-15013 [Catch] Offer Response Reader Does not Store Error The errors are now handled correctly and available in the UI.
  • HEMISPHERE-15011 [eBay]Skipping Returns with GetReturns The problem was in loading order items by channel item ID only because both order items have the same channel item ID and it loaded the first one which was already refunded. Now it is loaded by item order line ID which is channel item ID + transaction ID and is unique.
  • HEMISPHERE-14996 [SecretSales] empty errors when creating listings (Arcade) The errors are now handled correctly and available in the UI.

New Features

  • HEMISPHERE-15050 [eBay] Add logic for Payment record on completed when eBay MP = yes For client using eBay Manage Payments we will get the payment rows as completed even if the PayPal integration is active.

  • HEMISPHERE-15049 [eBay] Store FinalValueFee for eBay in Hemi New field is advertised in Orders eBay table called Final Value Fee which represents the eBay commission for the specific order.

  • HEMISPHERE-15040 [API] Add rows when processing full refund through the Open API if they are missing Additional changes were added for our Open API and when a payment row (type refund) is created using our API by default we will add the refund rows.

  • HEMISPHERE-15018 [LaRedoute] Trim Tracking URLs after / LaRedoute set a limit of how long can a tracking url be so we are trimming the URL everything after the /. For examples if we have http://www.trackmytrakpak.com/trakpak.aspx?mytrakpakid=GB&mytrakpaknumber=FEE5842GB00177321501 we will push http://www.trackmytrakpak.com

  • HEMISPHERE-15007 [Shopify]Store Order Discount Details New fields are introduced in Orders where we will store all discount details. The fields are called Discount Code, Discount Type, Discount Value, Discount Value Type.

  • HEMISPHERE-15005 [eBay]Rate Table additional feature For eBay we are now able to assign different rate tables across our shipping templates. The Rate Table fields are now drop down from where you can select which rate table you would like to use.

  • HEMISPHERE-15003 [Catch]Add logistic classes in our integration For Catch the logistic classes are now available for management in Hemi. The new option is available in Item Account Catch and Account Catch. If we have selected a default logistic class in Account Catch it will be picked for all products which do not have assigned logistic class in Item Account Catch.

  • HEMISPHERE-15001 [Amazon]Orders with 0 subtotal and 0 quantity We wont update the Order Item Quantity and Orders Subtotal fields if we get 0 value for all Amazon Orders.

  • HEMISPHERE-15000 [Fruugo] Additional logic for StartPrice without VAT By default for Fruugo we are pushing prices without VAT and now we are able to control this and decide what prices we would like to push to the Marketplace. 1# If we either have Account > Prices Includes VAT = 0 we send the prices without VAT for all products 2# if we have have Account > Prices Includes VAT = 0 and Item Account > Prices Includes VAT = 1 we push the prices with VAT for the specific item account. 3# if we have have Account > Prices Includes VAT = 1 we push for all products prices with VAT even if we have Item Account > Prices Includes VAT = 0

  • HEMISPHERE-14992 [Core] Add alpha dashboards to Fhinds Dashboards are now available on Fhinds intance, alpha UI.
