Fixes

  • [HEMISPHERE-13325] - [eBay] Missing order from 28.09 (Halfords) New cron have been developed which allows us to manually download any eBay orders by specifying the relevant timeframes timeframes.
  • [HEMISPHERE-13499] - [eBay] Products stuck on 'Sent' status due to missing default shipping template (Fanatics) There is an issue when trying to list a variation on eBay and some of the products (at least 1) has a missing shipping template set on item_account level (probably due to deleting the default shipping template and assigning a new one as 'default'). In this case, instead of returning an error to the whole variation group, these products are stuck on 'Sent' List/Update the whole item status. This is now fixed and products wont stuck on 'Sent'.
  • [HEMISPHERE-13551] - [Price Minister] Product Statuses which we do not process The statuses which were not declared in their documentation which results in a lot of item errors is now fixed and the statuses are added and handled accordingly.
  • [HEMISPHERE-13596] - [eBay] Order Cancel Cron workaround Sometimes the cancel cron which has to update the status of the order after refund is made returns "'Eligible for cancellation. Please try again.'" and the statuses are stuck on RFS. This is eBay issues and as a work around every time we receive "'Eligible for cancellation. Please try again.'" we send the request again until it is successful.
  • [HEMISPHERE-13611] - [Qoo10] Duplicate channel IDs(OneGateway) There are some SKU from different Variation Groups that have duplicated Channel Item IDs. I`ve checked the history tab and the channel ID was changed by 'Qoo-ten Update Whole Products'. On Qoo10 the items are still with their initial channel item IDs and they cannot be updated, delisted, etc. This is now handeled in a correct way.
  • [HEMISPHERE-13613] - [Qoo10] End Item flag to set to 0 when cron executes End item will be set to 0 once the cron pick the listing for delisting.
  • [HEMISPHERE-13628] - [Qoo10] Issue with updating stock/prices (One Gateway) This SKU is being updated on Qoo10 through 'List/udpate the whole item' and 'Update price/quantity' but it still doesn't change it's price on the marketplace. Ploblem was found and fixed.
  • [HEMISPHERE-13643] - [Qoo10] Incorrect Stock (One Gateway) We have 3 products in this variation, 2 of them have 2 stock while the 3rd one has 0 stock. On Qoo10 however, the whole variation is marked as 'Out of stock'. The whole variation was successfully updated many times by now but products with stock still can not be ordered on the channel.Problem was from our logic which is now fixed.
  • [HEMISPHERE-13644] - [Qoo10] Listing issue - 'ItemCode is essential.' error (One Gateway) Error 'ItemCode is essential.' was returne when we are attempting to list it on Qoo10. The code is now included and works as expected.

  • [HEMISPHERE-13409] - [Lazada] Security connection to Data Moat This new feature to unmask all personal information returned from Lazada is developed and released.
  • [HEMISPHERE-13624] - [Dyson connector KR] Change in the way we are reading shipping updates Dyson are passing tracking numbers which look like that: 6210-7326-1700 , we now transforms it to: 621073261700.
  • [HEMISPHERE-13627] - [Qoo10] Orders address fix At the moment we are downloading orders from Qoo10 Singapore only with a country code SG and no City. We are also writing the country code in our country name field so we now write the country code in the correct field and auto populate the City if country is Singapore.
