How can I change the status of an item?

I'm logged in as an administrator and for some reason I don't have any option to change the status of any types of feedback.. idea/problem/question...


This is a new installation.. it's really confusing :) Thanks for your help.

Make sure you have under Administration -> Roles for Admin Role - "Manage Response" and "Official Representative" permissions switched on.

You should see it at topic page once logged in as select:

/127Otherwise, please email us ftp access and admin access to support(at)useresponse.com

Could you please confirm that you are logged in as administrator? Once you log in, you'll see Administration link at the top-right.

You can change status of the topic on the topic page where you see status - it should be select for admin and with "Manage Response" permissions users.

Hi there,

Thanks for your response.. I'm definately logged in with an admin and still don't have an option to change the status.. I'm using Chrome.


I've attached a screen grab.. If you could attach a screen grab of what I should see I'd appreciate it.

What is your Chrome version and operating system?

Thanks so much for this... for some reason even as an admin I don't see this option in our installation.. I've asked our local developers to look into this further.. thankyou :)
