Google Searches on our own knowledge bases runs into 404 error page
A few of our Google searches on our own knowledge bases runs into 404 error page. This is what I noticed:
- Refresh will bring me back to 404 page
- Quitting the page, clicking on the link again on google search works
this is the url I was accessing>> https://support.threecolts.com/feedbackwiz/feedbackwiz/knowledge-base/articles/product-support
Upon searching for Articles via Google, it added an extra feedbackwiz/ within the links.
This has been fixed.
