How to white list an "invalid forwarder"

I'm seeing a lot of emails sent to spam with "Invalid Forwarder". How do we whitelist specific forwarders?

Hello Jim,

Invalid Forwarder means that it's not validated in your Support Channels. It means that any forwarder that is used between sender mailbox and recipient mailbox is not added as mailbox in support channels and such emails can't be accepted to prevent spam and email loop of notifications.
