moving ticket to another user

Hello,

our support asked me if we can move tickets from one to another user in useresponse, or create new ticket as existing user. Our users sometimes send their problems directly to one of our support guys. He can reply and send them url to useresponse, or support email address, but he wants to create ticket in their name for them and just paste original email in them. Is something like that possible?

Hello,

You can create ticket on behalf of any user in agent interface by clicking on + and then setting author field.
