Is there a way to disable the share buttons on each page? I can't find any option and only in the code.

It could be done only by overriding template(s) in your theme.
I have the same question. Not quite sure of the best way to "override the template" though.
Overriding templates could be done with custom theme. More details in Theme Customization article
