How to enable Knowledge Base?

After installing with Main License, I have checked this page and unable to find Knowledge Base enabling button.Thanks

Hello Govind,

To enable Knowledge Base, please go to Administration-Modules and install Knowledge Base module. How to use module, please see Knowledge Base in Manual
