Bug with persistance of category selection if new response is invalid
Selected categories are not persisted if there is a problem validating a new response.
It looks like this can be solved by just using array_values instead of array_keys in the associated decorator: /application/modules/categories/templates/forms/elements/categories.phtml (line 11)
