I'm currently using a trial version for this platform for idea submission on my organisation's website. However, it just allow idea submission. Is it possible for public to do the voting on the idea?
Support Center Widget is not designed to display all ideas by default, so it only shows similar ideas on submission. We can do limited feature to accept voting if you have anonymous voting feature set up if this would work for you.
