All fields cleared after signing in
I filled out all of these fields (just testing out Use Response) and was asked to sign in after hitting Post Response. After signing in, everything I had filled out was gone.
We've identified that bug in Internet Explorer and OSx Safari.

I am a new user - I did not buy the system, simply used the google login to post a question.
I'm looking for an alternative to GetSatisfaction, which we have been using for 2 years now. Aside from the cost ($99/month), they are very slow at implementing solutions, and really bad at UI and UX. The most annoying thing is that a client doesn't have to select the product he is talking about, so you end up with a question and no product to associate it with (in other words, they don't have required fields... welcome to 1995).
So UR is currently our #1 candidate, hopefully you guys are much better :)
