Customer signed up for yearly, but recognized as free trial

The customer - rutledgetrading101@gmail.com - started a yearly subscription,
and Onsite (Internal) but it says to us, that it is trialing rutledgetrading101@gmail.com (OS' ticket https://onsite.threecolts.com/agent/object/33220)


3c devs gives wrong status, so we should use the workaround to check its plan name and billing interval:

Scenario 1

Response from 3c manager:
"plan":"plans.onsite.free_trial",
"billing":"interval":"year"

Expected title of ticket created
rutledgetrading101@gmail.com started Yearly Free trial

Scenario 2

Response from 3c manager:
"plan":"plans.onsite.free_trial",
"billing":"interval":"month"

Expected title of ticket created
rutledgetrading101@gmail.com started Monthly Free trial

Scenario 3

Response from 3c manager:
"plan":"plans.onsite.standard",
"billing":"interval":"year"

Expected title of ticket created
rutledgetrading101@gmail.com purchased Yearly Onsite license

Scenario 4

Response from 3c manager:
"plan":"plans.onsite.standard",
"billing":"interval":"month"

Expected title of ticket created
rutledgetrading101@gmail.com purchased Monthly Onsite license
