Customer signed up for yearly, but recognized as free trial
The customer - rutledgetrading101@gmail.com - started a yearly subscription,
and Onsite (Internal) but it says to us, that it is trialing rutledgetrading101@gmail.com (OS' ticket https://onsite.threecolts.com/agent/object/33220)
3c devs gives wrong status, so we should use the workaround to check its plan name and billing interval:
