Bug with Onsite Email Setup
Within Onsite there's a bug for email setup. 
If I copy the DNS from the above screenshot, it shows the below:
v=spf1 a mx include:spf.onsitesupport.io ~all
If I copy the DNS from the below screen-shot it shows the below:
Value: v=spf1 include:spf.useresponse.com ~all
I believe this should by default also mention onsite instead of useresponse.
