Courier Module User Guid

The purpose of this document is to give good understanding of how to use WAPT Courrer Module

1.We need first to create our Courrier which can be done by Courier table in Admin Tasks:

The required information for the carrier is Name of the Carrier which integration we would like to use the Integration ID and the Courier Url {ShippingTrackingNumber}. Name - Name of the Courier Integration Type - At the moment we can use only our ShipEngine integration from where we will reach RoaylMail, DPD, Parcel Force and DHL. Please have in mind, that the info requested might differ based on the courier we want to integrate to through ShipEngine. Integration ID - The Specific API ID Courier URL - If added will make the shipping tracking num a link which can be used to track your parcel

Once we have Courier set we are able to request the labels and print them from the orders screen. This will trigger a call from where we will get the Label which will be stored in the Label Request section of the order.

Once we have the label downloaded in WAP you will be able to print the label directly from the orders screen or from the Label Request section of the order. Please note only if there is a label the button will be enabled. Once the label is printed it will be automatically added in the manifest.

The Manifest are available in the navigation menu from where you can check the previous manifest or generate a new one.

In the Manifest table you can see all your previous manifest their statuses and details.

When creating a manifest you will need to specify which is courier what is the service ID the status and the PickUpLocation.

In every manifest we store all orders which are part of the manifest in Manifest Ordest tab. From here you are able to mark all orders as shipped which are part of the manifest once the Status is picked up. Also you can print the manifest or edit it.

In the Manifest Orders you can add new order to the manifest manually, delete orders from the manifest or edit.
