ChannelReply can display over 55 order details on TikTok messages if the customer attaches an order card to their message, including:
- Order ID
- User ID
- Delivery SLA Time
- Tracking Number
- Shipping Provider
Several of these are product details that can appear if the customer attaches either an order card or a product card, such as:
- Item Title
- Item ID
- Seller SKU
Note that if no order or product cards are attached to the conversation, no data will be displayed.
