If you received a promo code from ChannelReply to apply to your account, and you are unsure how to apply it, you are at the right place. In this post, we'll walk together through the process of applying a promo code.
How to use a promo code
In order to apply a promo code, you'll need an existing ChannelReply account. You can sign up for a free ChannelReply trial account here.
From your ChannelReply Dashboard, click "Billing Details" from the left.
Then, choose the subscription plan.
Click "Edit Subscription."
Now click the “Apply coupon” button.
Enter the coupon code in the text box and click the blue arrow button to apply it.
Success! You can verify that the coupon has been successfully applied. Now click the "Update Subscription" button to apply the discount to your ChannelReply subscription.
Finally, you can verify that the discount coupon has been successfully applied to your account.
