New Features/Modules:
   1. Knowledge Base (Beta): module that converts any response into article with categorization.

Tweaks and Improvements:
   1. Some UI Improvements.

Bug Fixes: 
   1. Temp files now stored in public/files/temp - create directory and make it writable;
   2. Private Objects: private icon wasn't added to categories on users page;
   3. Special Characters were not shown correctly in email subject
   4. Paginator on users page wasn't working correctly;
   5. Rss on responses page was updated each time new user visited because views variable was updated;
   6. Default statuses didn't work in db, so when creating new response this default status was ignored;
   7. Login Plus: SSO on https didn't work correctly;
   8. Incorrect sorting of responses in Popular filter if we had private categories;
   9. Tweet share button didn't work correctly on https.
