RSS Support to Categories, Profiles, Response Types, Tags etc.
As someone that used and loved using GetSatisfaction a lot, one thing I like about their interface was that they had an RSS feed for almost everything. This was useful for keeping track of new issues, changes in issues etc. If you want to keep an eye on activity for a particular category, user, issues type or tag, it would be great to have RSS feeds for these streams. RSS feeds can added to so many applications, feed reader, browers etc to keep a real-time update of new actions and they are a great way of keeping up to date with the latest changes, whatever they are.

Hi,
we've implemented the ability for users to subscribe via RSS for announcements, all new topics or new topics in specific category.
Just click RSS icon on the required page and you would get notifications of the topics/announcements activity in RSS reader of your browser.
