How to move a ticket to a forum post or KB?
I am wondering if there is any suggestion or plans to allow us to move a ticket to a post or KB with status or check box options. As you work tickets you will have some great answers to share with the general community. If an options was available to duplicate the ticket to a draft KB article so that this could be cleaned up for public or even internal search and share.
Can this be done today? If not maybe move this to an idea for consideration.

Starting from 3.3 release all agents can move ticket to any topic and vice versa by stating custom fields and category if any.
