How do I get my filters back?

Now that I can see All Tickets, now that we've upgraded I've lost the ability to filter them. I used to have a drop down to view only tickets assigned to a category. How do I get this back, please? I see Topics: category is there but I'm after Tickets: category.

Hello Jo,

You can create and save any custom report in reports section with required conditions.

So just choose object type, category or custom field and save this report

As for category in tickets - select also in condition required categories and display them as row in the table view.
