don't log me out as quickly

It would be great if the system would leave me logged in even if I close my browser. I often respond to comments by clicking the link in my email and I have to log in each time. It's inconvenient.

Hi, Kris,

when you close your browser, you should stay logged in unless you use another device to manage customer requests.

Please refer to the article for more details.

Kind regards

I use my phone and my desktop. Ideally I could use both without getting logged out of the other.

You can use both desktop and mobile interface simultaneously.

Maybe you use different browsers on your pc?

Do you need to login every time from email notifications on your mobile device?

I have exactly two devices. a laptop and a pc in the office. I am also annoyed by the fact that there is a function of being locked out of a device.

I often leave several tabs open with tickets where I have to work on it again. These are all on the login page and forget the ticket urls when I log on to the other device.

can somehow bypass this / turn off? it is really disturbing!

This is done intentionally in order to prevent usage of one account from multiple devices by several users at the same time.

In your case, it should work fine now.

It would be great if this could be added to the list. As a result of this I never keep the admin open (no point) so end up being far less active in the admin. Other services do not have this behaviour so feel much easier to use. I use about 10 different services as part of my workflow and useresponse is the only one that I have to constantly log into.

Hi Kris,

Does it happen even on one device. So you open system, login, then close browser, open again at the same computer and you are logged out?

Yes, even on one device.

Can we organize team viewer session privately this week with you to debug as it shouldn't happen?
