comments for articles and FAQs

It would be VERY helpful if we could allow comments for articles and FAQs. I would love to allow community members to contribute their ideas to articles and be allowed to subscribe to any future updates just like they would a topic. Just because something is in article form, it doesn't mean it wouldn't benefit from further discussion. If someone found an article useful, I'm sure they would like to subscribe to future updates and also hear feedback from others in the community. This feature would make the knowledge base much more dynamic and useful and a lot less stale.

Hello, is there any word on whether this will be included in version 4? This would add a LOT of value to our support system. Allowing users to comment instead of just up or down vote would allow the community to be a lot more dynamic.

Hello, is there any word on this. This would really be helpful for us. It would really be helpful for us and for community members to be able to ask questions or add comments to KB articles. It would really improve the value of the community.

Hi, just wanted to put my vote in on this also.

Something we're trying to implement in our community, but due to the lack of commenting we're forced to use an external blog.

I would think there would be a toggle to allow commenting, just like locking topic posts.

glad to announce that we added the ability to leave comments for articles and faqs in knowledge base.

To enable the option, please navigate to Administration - System - Knowledge Base and turn on Use Comments setting.
