Hello,

minor suggestion

Once i try to ask any question from your team, i always looking for right link where i need to do this. It will be good if you add such link to your cloud product into help section in admin interface - just any way you like this

so your clients don't spend their time looking for your official support channels ....

now the support link is available for administrators in Help menu of your community that will redirect you to our Help Center where you can ask a question about UseResponse or leave your feedback.

Hi Lisa,

Today I have tried to ask questions / add suggestion /report bug about your system and again it takes some time to find the right link and page to do that. So finally i have two simple to do suggestions improving this area:

- add a widget of your feedback system to the interfaces you think are appropriate. So people can leave their ideas using their administration area

- add a "Contact support" link to your help menu something like this or anyhow else f508a7b9dda0221e99e825cc37f0634f
