Access to view private categories

Hi, we have updated our system and the role options have changed - it appears that the option to view private categories has disappeared from the role permissions - has it been moved or is this now only available to Agents?

Private categories could be viewed only by agents and admins. So make sure that your custom role has Agent permission in order for them to see it visible.

Outside of agents and admin permissions, private categories can't be viewed.

it does thankyou - it used to be one of the selectable options in the role set up - we may have to rethink the way our roles are set

The only reason we did it, is to make privacy more straightforward, so that other than agents or admins could access it.
