Ability to report on active and new KB articles & FAQ
Would it be possible to add to the current reports functionality the ability to report on KB articles and FAQs that are active, archived, and new by date? As we start to engage with customers we can pull reports for the Posts but we also want to have ways to look at the KB/FAQ content that we are creating.
Being able to look the active and new KB articles, by agent, age, and the most viewed would really help us see the whole picture. As the Community content grows, being able to have some reports that allow us to look at KB/FAQs that are not getting used would help us know what we can archieve to help keep the system clean and relevant. Plus, good to see who on our team is keeping up with helping to create content each month.
