Ability to edit FAQs and KB articles when viewing

It would be useful if there was an edit option when viewing FAQs and KB articles as an administrator. If I see something I'd like to fix, I have to find the FAQ or KB article in the edit area.

Kris,

We are preparing a large number of changes for the next major release, so that Knowledge Base and FAQ will be some of them.

Kris,

Inline editing feature is already available for 4.0 version.

If you'd like, we can update your environment to the newest on Tuesday and you would have that option in agents interface.
