Ability to bulk change status of tickets from user details area

It would be very handy to be able to have the same bulk edit features (cntrl +) in the user details page that we do in the main ticket page. Our clients have a very bad habit of starting a new email to continue conversation threads so sometimes we have many tickets for the same conversation. Here's an example - 5 tickets for the same conversation:

Now you can do bulk action in Agents interface on Reports page to handle such type of requests - no matter if it's topic or ticket
