A perfect All-in-one Support suite

This little life saver helped us merge 4 support channels into one central place - we had a forum, live chat, bug tracker and feature requests system. Now all we need is UseResponse!


The whole system is well written and makes customization easy as long as you have some ZendFramework experience. Translating to add a german interface was a breeze, no need to modify files on the server - the integrated interface did a very well job.


The support team is fast and dedicated to fixing bugs, all my problems were solved during a few hours - and that even for Beta modules!


If you were thinking about going for GetSatisfaction's or UserVoice - forget about it and grab a license for this beautiful product which incorporates all of their features and adds in a self hosted, well maintained script base!

We just discovered UseResponse today and well, wow, we're very impressed with what we see. Still examining very thoroughly as strategically it's a big decision what system we go with, but again, very impressed with what we see so far!!

The one additional thing I'd really like to see is a seamless integration of support tickets. Looking at UseResposne today, that may be tricky to implement without complicating the current flow of the system... but it's a very important feature. LOL leave it to your customers to always want more! ;-)
