Using System at Multiple Devices Under One Account

UseResponse provides access to your account from multiple devices, but you can't log in simultaneously under one account at multiple devices or at two browsers on one device at the same time.

Each time you go to another device to manage support requests you would be advised to log in unless you enter the system under another device.

Using your account by two different people is prohibited and would make either of you to be logged out simultaneously when another user tries to authenticate at your account.


You can though use system with desktop and mobile interface conveniently


If you see that message "Someone has entered your account!" and being logged in, please use the forgot password feature or change your password right in the system.
