Ability to include 'Was this helpful?' on topics/articles

Completed David Registro 6 years ago

Most forums/sites these days include a 'was this helpful?'

This helps us then gauge which articles are being found by bad searching, or simply contain bad info.

Hi Liza,

Yup that other ideas similar, but more involved.

This is more straight forward. No 'smart articles' for this idea, just the ability to know if the search returned correct results, or the article is bad.

Thanks!

Hello, David,

UseResponse allows to collect user's feedback on articles in your Knowledge Base.

At the end of each article user can see "Is article helpful" section where he can add a positive or negative vote for it.

Agents can sort all articles by votes on Knowledge Base page of agents interface and see the most popular ones in the top of the list.

Hope our solution will meet your needs.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Kind regards
