Is there a way to pull in people from the same company into a ticket

Is there a way to CC someone on an open ticket? We have clients who have multiple people on their team that would like to be updated when a ticket is logged, updated, and then closed. Is there a way to CC someone on a ticket? Is there plans to add a CC line to the Ticket view so you can send updates only or if the user is part of the community that they can share in the open ticket process. Thanks

Hello Lee,


Currently, you can use sharing option on ticket. So once ticket is created, and you want to add someone to the discussion or to get updates, just click on button and add email addresses of those who would like to be updated.

In 4.0 major release, we would add cc field to ticket created option. Now you can do the following if you want to CC people initially. Compose email from your email client and put CC of required people + CC the mailbox that is used as incoming mailbox at UseResponse.

Be sure you would get major improvements of this process with 4.0
