Is there a (access) change log in the tool?

Change: As an admin, I can change user type access from an ordinary user to Agent?


I need the log to know of who (since we do have a lot of Admins) executed the change and what time he/she does it?

In order to check all the changes related to topic, ticket, article, you can check change log located under Options when you are on that page.
